Isaac Alamo
Owner & Master Barber
Isaac has been a barber for 36 years and counting, starting out by cutting his own hair and turning it into a lifelong passion. He works with the Department of Developmental Services, bringing years of experience working with individuals of all different needs — that same patience, understanding, and care carries into every haircut. Isaac first opened Fusion of Style in Fairfield before moving his business and family to Milford. When the opportunity came to take over River Three Barbershop — a Milford staple since 1913, previously owned by its first female owner Tina Beck Schumacher — it felt meant to be. Today Isaac offers men's, women's, and children's haircuts along with color and grooming services, creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. For Isaac, it's never just been about the haircut — it's about the people.

Gabriel (Kool) Estrada
Barber
Better known as Kool, Gabriel started cutting his own hair at just 12 years old, eventually cutting for friends and building his skills early on. What started out of necessity quickly became a passion. Influenced by 80s hip-hop, b-boy culture, and a strong background in art and drawing, he developed a unique eye for style from a young age. After spending time in Manhattan and the Bronx, he brought that influence to Puerto Rico where his style stood out and gained recognition. Kool's journey has always been rooted in creativity, self-expression, and learning hands-on — and that shows in every cut he does today.
